Why Choose us?
We are different for three basic reasons.
Reason 1
We do not design mere rides or attractions that can only be used in a certain way and that only some children work out how to use. But rather we design open ended play areas. Each feature could therefore be open to a variety of different uses, and is designed to challenge the imagination as well as the mind, and body.
We pride ourselves on the fact that each of our features will therefore be able to be used by children of many different ages, and many different abilities.
Reason 2
Our projects all involve the community, and the principle users, that is children, in the design process. Our aim is therefore to ensure that the kids, who are meant to play on our stuff, have very much felt a part of the process that built the attractions in the first place. Our play areas are never, as is sometimes the case simply imposed from above, and more about what adults thing children ought to want, than anything the kids themselves actually want.
Reason 3
However none of our project are simply open house designs. That is we do not just ask the children what they want, we also challenge them, to think about different designs, and different possible uses. Our play areas are therefore not simply meant to reflect just existing desires, but also are designed to inspire children to think as well. A task that is actually surprisingly easy.
