1)Picking over the Bones of David Hume. Paper originally presented at The Strange Encounter of Kant and Deleuze Conference at Greenwich Univ. - July 07
2)Capacity or Plasticity: So just what is a Body?
Paper - first version appeared in the Deleuze and The Fold Workshop at Warwick 2005 and this version in a The Fold reader (forthcoming by Palgrave Macmillan).
Paper first presented at Warwick University’s
Deleuze and Literature Conference April 06
4) Capacity or Plasticity - Remixed
This was the conference version of essay 2, above. It is however a totally different piece of work in its own
right (it only keeps the conclusion and introduction, and is far more broad brush, and far less technical).
5)Seriality: Brief exegesis of Seriality and the event, and even brief discussion of ways to move beyond it. This is a little as drafted by Dyslexic author...
6)Splintered Desire Original version of paper no.2. Very very different. First presented July ‘05
7)Huh? This is an essay taking forward the analysis of different type of Copernican effects, as outlined in an essay on Kant in Assorted Philosophers. it applies this logic to Deleuze and looks at why his insistence that there are two (not three) effects leads to a certain theory of time. I drafted this, but hey it is mercifully short at 2,500 words!
9)Which Spinoza is this? This is very much the first version of an essay written for he one or many Deleuze conference as such it is longer than the subsequent version will be (it is 7000 words) , as as yet drafted by me. But will be of interest to those who want to see the full version of an essay that will be re-written to be 3000 words shorter...
10)Experiencing the Body. Technically this is from the Spinoza index, but it has a lot about the body and Deleuze in it, as it attempts to draw distinction between Spinoza, Hume and Deleuze. 3000 red alerted words.
11)So what is so very bad about time? this is an essay which looks at why the arrow of time is such a very bad account , and attempts to show Deleuze did not really need it at all. It is very short at 1500 but I did draft it.
12)poles a part- looks at the time of th past from two angles other than Deleuze. It is 2600 badlu drfated words though
